Does Wildtype salmon contain contaminants found in traditional seafood?
In our Fishery, we have an unprecedented level of control over our salmon. In a mass-production fish farm, disease can spread easily and excessive antibiotic use is common. In wild rivers and oceans, we have no control over what a fish will be exposed to. Our Fishery is the opposite – a tightly-controlled environment. That means we can keep many things we love about conventional fish while reducing exposure to the things we don’t, like mercury, parasites and antibiotics.
