Where and when can I try Wildtype salmon?
As soon as possible! We are working closely with the FDA to obtain regulatory approval to sell Wildtype salmon in the U.S. Once we do, Wildtype salmon will be sold in a limited number of restaurants across the United States.
As we continue to scale up production over the next several years, we’ll be able to get more salmon to more people, all over the world. Our hope is that one day, everyone will be able to access the cleanest, most sustainable salmon on earth.
