Oh hey, Pokéworks
While we'll launch Wildtype salmon in one-of-a-kind restaurants to start (and we can't wait to share these launch partnerships with you in the new year!), we're excited to share that we'll team up with Pokéworks to bring Wildtype salmon to the poké loving masses once our cultivated salmon production is at scale.
Pokéworks will have over 100 stores by 2023. We do not have an exact date of when you'll be able to add heaps of Wildtype salmon to your favorite poké bowl, but we'll keep you posted.
Servicing this kind of volume will be a massive undertaking, but if there was ever a time to think big about ocean health, it's now.
